Trading terms and conditions

Shipping - normally we ship using the MOST RELIABLE AND COST EFFECTIVE shipping methods, which can be by airmail or by surface, but we are happy to use any carrier you choose. Airmail takes from 3 to 8 working days, whereas surface can take upwards of 6 weeks to deliver. The choice of shipper and shipping is yours, so we ask you to pay for the cost of shipping and we will pay for the packing, if that is o/k with you.

Payment - Again, payment, is by your choice -

We take a range of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex., and debit cards Switch and Solo. All credit/debit card transactions are in Pounds Sterling but will be charged back to your account in your own currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time. Card details are safest faxed or 'phoned to +44 (0) 1254 760217, but please take account of the different time zones by not 'phoning or faxing at unsociable hours (GMT).

If you would prefer to send cash, a Sterling cheque or money order there is no bank charge. We would prefer payment in Pounds Sterling as our bank charges £10.50 for each U S dollar cheque over $165 and £5.50 for each cheque under that amount, through the account. A non-sterling cheque or money order would have to include the bank charge. Personal cheques can take upwards of 6 weeks to clear. Cheques or money orders should be made out to:-

Guarantee - If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from this site, please return them immediately for a full payment refund. The refund must exclude the shipping costs as they are outside our control.
